2. Dr Shukla a former-President of Medical staff Society of Flushing Hospital. The society had about 800 physicians and dentists as members.

3. Dr Shukla has been a question-writer for American Board of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics.

4. Dr Shukla is a founder and President of Children’s Medical Center in Flushing.

5. Dr Shukla has received numerous awards:

1) Top Pediatricians in USA 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008.2012.2013.

2) The Businessman of the Year Award 2001, 2003,

3) Recipient of National Leadership Award 1982, 1983, 1984.

6. He serves as a Civil Surgeon for the United States Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization service since 1990.

7. He is consultant Pediatrician for over thirty years for Permanent Mission of various countries to the United Nations and Consulate General of India.
